I’ve heard of teeth whitening but never skin whitening. Am I just out of the loop and a lot of people know about this or is everyone else wondering too? My first thought was, “my skin is already pretty darn white, I’d prefer a tan instead of being even whiter!” lol But then I read more about skin whitening and all it means is that it gets rid of discolorations and makes your skin tone more even and beautiful.

The easiest way is to jog. But jogging in the sun can really tan my skin. We have no 4 seasons here so it will be rather hard to have fair skin texture again, unless I go for skin whitening treatment .
