When we are on vacation, we like to look up rummage sales. Why? I think part of it is because I miss that Saturday morning routine of waking up early and heading out with my newspaper to find unadvertised bargains.

Travel has always been part of my audit work. Working for a company with a number of subsidiaries would mean having to visit each of those for review purposes. That is why for every work assignment I perform outside my home base, not only do I plan for my work program but I also arrange flight schedule and accommodation from any of the numerous vacation deals available there.

Next weeks should be a good one for rummage sales being the first Saturday of the month. We will be in town for these but who knows about the week after next.
